Vintage Grove

Vintage Grove was funded in September 2015 and consists of 36 single family homes on 6.65 acres. Homes range in size from 2,732 sq. ft. to 3,150 sq. ft. and are situated on 4,500 sq. ft. lots. Plans incorporate indoor outdoor living and include one floor plan with a downstairs master bedroom. The project includes a park and other common area amenities.
