Townes at Magnolia

Principals of the company funded the project in February of 2021.  The community consists of 59 attached townhomes with Spanish architecture ranging in size from 1,606 to 1,7797 sq. ft.   The project is pedestrian friendly and includes a tot lot and community park with BBQ, fire pit, bike racks, benches and tables.
