The Lakehouse was funded in September 2015 prior to a Construction Loan funding. The Project consists of 20 single family residences in an established neighborhood. There are three home plans at the community with homes ranging in size from 2,144 to 2,755 square feet, 4 to 5 bedrooms and 2.5 to 3.0 baths. The community is adjacent to and provides access to the Anaheim Coves Trail, a 1.5 mile double lane bike/pedestrian pathway that borders the Burris Basin. The $6 Million Trail project was completed in 2011, and also ties into the Santa Ana River Trail which stretches from Riverside County to the Pacific Ocean. More than half of the homes in the Lakehouse community overlook the Burris Basin, and have been constructed with outdoor rooms, patios and balconies to take advantage of the waterfront views.
