The Grove at Merced

The project was funded in October 2021 and is anticipated to consist of 39 townhomes ranging from 1,325 to 1,474 sq. ft.   The community will include a tot lot with open space and is walking distance to the Orangewood Soccer Complex, the California Street Hockey Association ice rink, Emanate Health Queen of the Valley Hospital, and Kaiser Permanente medical offices.
