Sunset Ridge Estates

Funded in December 2003, the gated community includes 80 one and two story estate homes on minimum lot sizes of 20,000 square feet. The homes and optional casitas are designed to take advantage of panoramic views of the San Gabriel Mountains. Four floor plans range in size from 3,071 to 4,115 square feet. The project has close access to the 60 freeway and is walking distance to Camino Real Elementary and local hiking trails.
