Representative Past Developments Spanish Oaks

Spanish Oaks was funded in April 2015 and features four single family luxury homes ranging in size from 2,500 to 2,900 square feet on 1/3 to 1/2 acre lots. The community is centrally located in the San Roque neighborhood of Santa Barbara, CA, and within walking distance of shopping, and numerous parks, trails, and other recreational amenities. The project is two miles from Santa Barbara’s historic downtown area and three miles from the Pacific Ocean. Spanish Oaks includes the construction of a house to historic standards, preservation of an existing creek and establishment of an open space conservation easement.
