Borstein Enterprises provided financing for the acquisition of the project in October 2012. The existing zoning allowed for up to 101 for units however the Shopoff Group successfully entitled the property for 38 attached townhome units with rooftop decks. The project is located just two blocks from the beach which will allow for ocean views from many of the units.
