Orangethorpe & Magnolia

The property was acquired in April 2014 as a data center in with nine months left on the lease with a tenant option to renew for five additional years. The company successfully processed a general plan amendment and zone change to allow for the development of 108 townhomes within a gated community. A Development Agreement extended the entitlements following the expiration of the existing lease. The project includes a community park, over 100 guest parking spaces and over 5 floor plans. The exterior streetscape along Magnolia and Orangethorpe is enhanced with brownstone style walkways which lead to private patios and entryways.
