Oliva was funded in November 2018 and will include 25 three- and four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath townhomes.  The units will range from approximately 1,773 to 1,913 square feet.  Oliva will include community open space with barbecues and picnic tables.  Oliva is located off of the 210 Freeway and in close proximity to the Metro Gold Line.  The units are in the highly regarded Duarte Unified School District, walking distance to retail and restaurants and in close proximity to the Santa Fe Dam Recreation Area, Monrovia Canyon Park, and City of Hope Medical Center.
