Borstein provided project financing in May 2012 for the final 26 lots of the 54 lot Old Mill Run community. The site is located in a highly desired neighborhood in Orcutt and just a short walk to Old Town. The site is surrounded by open space, mature trees and walking trails. Old Mill Run has single and two story homes ranging in size from approximately 1,879 to 2,966 square feet of living space.
