Moreton Place

Moreton Place was funded in May 2017 and consists of 40 two story detached homes with Spanish Colonial, Craftsman and Santa Barbara architecture.  Formerly an vacant office building and warehouse, new homes will offer five floorplans ranging from 1,630 to 1,766 square feet, 3 and 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, driveways and two car garages.  Moreton Place includes a private community park and will be walking distance from old town Glendora and the Orange metro line station.
