Mission Villas

Mission Villas was funded in January 2022 and entitled for 37 units consisting of 29 single family detached homes and eight duplex units.   The community will be built by Shea Homes and includes a private park with tot lot, BBQ and other amenities.  Future residents will be walking distance to Rosemead Park and Aquatic Center along with 3 highly rated schools.
