Representative Past Developments Loma Vista

The project was funded in May 2017 and is located on the former Loma Vista Nursery.  The development was later sold to Cal Atlantic Homes, a Lennar Company, and will consist of 192 home sites situated in thee unique neighborhoods.  Product types include 36 two-story triplex units, 93 three-story townhomes and 63 three-story motor court townhomes.  The community will include 10 unique floor plans with Craftsman, Spanish and Cottage architectural styles.    Unit sizes will range from 1,176 to 2,010 square feet and will include 2, 3 and 4 bedroom plans.   The community greatly enhances pedestrian connectivity along Bastanchury Road and includes a pool/clubhouse facility as well as 9 additional active recreation and passive open space areas.  The project will offer six units for moderate-income affordable buyers.

The site is located adjacent to Anderson Grove, a previous joint venture community with Melia Homes.
