Representative Past Developments Lincoln Crossing

Borstein provided short term co-invest equity for five master planned communities in July 2004, including Lincoln Crossing, College Park (Chino), Plum Canyon (Saugus) and Oak Valley (Beaumont). The investment in all projects was paid in full within a year. Lincoln Crossing includes a local intranet, a 9,000-square-foot community recreation center with two pools, children’s water garden, state-of-the-art fitness center, teen center, a spacious community room and a catering kitchen. This community features 47 acres of commercial development, including a regional commercial/retail center with over 700,000 square feet of space.

The project team worked with the City of Lincoln on various planning issues, including the construction of the City’s sewer treatment facilities to serve both this development as well as other future projects. Significant project features also include a major Caltrans right-of-way for a freeway bypass.
