Laurel Creek was funded in July 2018 and will consist of 68 two-story single-family detached homes set on an infill property within an established residential neighborhood in Vista, CA. The property will contain two park areas and preserve open space that surrounds Laurel Creek. A pedestrian bridge spanning the creek will be installed, maintaining connectivity throughout the site, while minimizing the project’s impacts to the creek. The community will feature three floorplans ranging from 1,780 to 2,300 square feet, each with 3–4 bedrooms, driveways and two car garages. Laurel Creek will be walking distance from retail shopping, restaurants, schools and parks, and is less than one half mile from the CA-78 on/off ramp.
