Heritage Walk

Funded in 2010, Heritage Walk involved a public private partnership with the City of Fullerton Redevelopment Agency and provided much needed affordable ownership housing to the city. Units were priced from the $200,000s and are income restricted. The three floor plans range in size from 1,325 to 1,450 square feet with 3 to 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The homes are LEED certified for energy efficiency and located blocks from Fullerton’s downtown district and the city’s Metrolink station, as well as next to Richman Elementary school.
