Hadley Trails was funded in April 2017 based on an approved vesting tract map. The 32 unit community offers two distinct product types consisting of twenty-four 3-story townhomes and eight 2-story single family detached condominiums. The property was improved with a vacant office building and parking lot. Four home plans will be offered ranging in size from 1,551 square feet to 1,984 square feet. The community includes a tot lot and is walking distance to Hoover Fountain Park, retail along Beverly Boulevard and Whittier Greenway Trail.
