GB Inland Properties I & II
Since inception in February 2010, both ventures have acquired, renovated and sold over 1,200 residential units throughout Southern California. The renovation of these homes has improved neighborhood streetscapes and home values in their respective communities. Prior to its equity investment in GB Inland I and II and commencing in February 2009, Borstein Enterprises provided debt financing to Griffin Residential to allow for the renovation and sale of an additional 1,000 units.
