Funded in July 2021, the Cypress Town Center project will include 135 new homes consisting of 56 two-story motor-court condominiums and 79 three-story row townhomes.   Situated on approximately seven (7) acres, the project is adjacent to the Los Alamitos Race Track.   The project will include a central paseo, open space, a pool for residents, and several recreation areas.  The motorcourt homes will range from 1,556 to 2,085 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5-3 bathrooms, while the row townhomes will range from 1,833 to 1,989 square feet, with 3-4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.  All homes will include a two-car side-by-side garage.  The community will feature Mediterranean architecture, including tile roofs, arched entryways and corbels.
