Bella Vista Estates

Bella Vista Estates was funded in December 2018 and will consist of the 25 single and two story homes on 17.4 acres.  Houses will be situated on approximately 1/2 acre lots and will range in size from  3,315 to 4,442 square feet and consist of 4 and 5 bedroom units.  The property is located 1 mile west of the 15 freeway, on the southeast corner of Upper Drive and Lester Avenue in one of the most exclusive areas of the Inland Empire.  The project is in close proximity to  miles of trails leading into the Cleveland National Forest. The project is also located close to the Crossings at Corona and Dos Lagos Mall.
