Citrus Walk

The property was purchased from the Covina Redevelopment Agency in March 2011 and proved to be a successful public private partnership. The development of the site provided additional downtown retail along Citrus Avenue with flats above. Fifteen percent (15%) of the units were sold to buyers at the moderate income level and the units are within two blocks of the Covina Metro Link Station, City Hall and a community park.
