The project was funded in March 2015, twenty-one days after receipt of a signed joint venture term sheet. Cava is a private gated neighborhood of three story townhomes featuring Spanish architecture and offers five floorplans spanning up to 1,755 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, plus two- and three-car garages. Cava also includes a private community park with playground equipment, park benches and tables. The property has been transformed from its former use as an RV park to a vibrant infill residential community.
