Carlow was funded in January 2020 and will include 27 3-story townhomes when it is fully developed.  The community will feature three floorplans that will range from approximately 1,635 to 1,785 square feet, and will include a live-work floorplan with street frontage along San Antonio Drive.  Carlow is located just one block from the Interstate-5, and within walking distance to retail shops and restaurants, as well as the Norwalk Cultural Arts Center, Norwalk Arts & Sports Complex and Norwalk Aquatics Pavilion.
