The site was acquired in December 2021 and is proposed as a mixed use project consisting of 80 units with commercial.   The project will include two commercial buildings totaling 6,150 sq. ft., 59 townhomes ranging from 1,369 to 1,852 sq. ft., nine live/work units ranging from 1,885 to 2,040 sq ft., four condo flats at 1,508 sq. ft. and eight shopkeeper units ranging from 1,880 to 2,023 sq. ft.    The site is walking distance from retail shops along Pioneer Blvd and Luther Burbank Elementary School.
