Arrow Place

Arrow Place was funded in October 2014 as a bridge loan to facilitate the sale of the project to a merchant builder. The project offers 78 live/work residences in three distinct floor plans ranging from 1,794 to 2,175 square feet. The project includes four gathering areas, a central promenade with fire pit, seating and BBQ areas, as well as a recreation area. The site is also in close proximity to transportation, entertainment and shopping services.
