Representative Past Developments Solana Walk

Purchased in April 2012 prior to final entitlements, Solana Walk was developed on an 8 acre property just north of the 405 Freeway near the Magnolia/Brookhurst intersection. The site is located next to retail and Fullerton City Hall. The development transformed an underutilized industrial parcel and vacant building into a vibrant community in one of the City’s most visible locations. The development consisted of delivering a 2.0 acre hotel parcel to a hospitality company which constructed a 127 room hotel, and completing the land development and construction of 88 residential units, consisting of single family detached homes, attached townhomes and triplex units.
