Representative Past Developments Yorba Villas

Yorba Villas consists of 45 single-family lots located in the City of Chino’s Sphere of Influence in the County of San Bernardino.  The project was sold to Richmond American Homes upon a ready-to-record final map and RTI improvement plans.   The community features single-story homes on lot sizes that range from 7,861 to 13,838 sq. ft. and includes three plans with nine unique elevation styles.  The single level floor plans include 2-3 car garages, private courtyards, ample yard space and allows for multi-generational living.   All plans incorporate gourmet kitchens, great rooms, guest suites, formal dining rooms, California rooms, luxurious master suites, and one plan featuring a casita.  The project has a private park and will improve the exterior streetscape for the surrounding neighborhood with street widening, new sidewalks and landscaping along Francis and Yorba Avenues.
