Current Investments Cadence

Cadence was funded in April 2024 and will include 97 3-story row townhomes when it is developed. The community will feature five distinct floor plans that will range from 1,337 – 1,976 square feet. Seventeen of the units will feature live-work configurations, allowing owners a dual use for their units.  The new community will be developed on a 5.1-acre parcel and replace a former vacant big-box grocery store that was surrounded by surface parking.  New neighborhood-serving retail is also being developed in conjunction with the residential community on the former vacant site.  The community includes central community open space, a recreation area, pool and spa, and wide landscaped paseos between buildings.  Cadence is less than one-half mile from its assigned elementary, middle and high schools, and 1.5 miles from Interstate-210 access ramps.
