The ShadowGlen master planned community located in Manor, Texas, a suburb of Austin. The project is located at the terminus of the Manor Expressway, a $430 million toll road that leads from the Project’s doorstep to the highways that provide access to downtown Austin and the employment areas north of the city. The partially completed development was purchased in December 2012. Remaining lot sizes range from 4,500 sq. ft. to 7,500 sq. ft. Upon completion, the Project will include approximately 3,000 homes, a large completed pool facility, ample parkland, walking trails and an existing golf course surrounding the community. The Project offers future homebuyers a highly‐amenitized, lower‐cost option relative to other projects east and north of Austin proper.
