Jasmine was funded in June 2018 and consists of 36 triplex units within the 192 unit Loma Vista master plan which was previously financed by Borstein Enterprises. Jasmine will include 3 and 4 bedroom units ranging in size from 1,516 sq. ft. to 2,022 sq. ft. The community greatly enhances pedestrian connectivity along Bastanchury Road and includes a pool/clubhouse facility as well as 9 additional active recreation and passive open space areas.
The site is located adjacent to Anderson Grove, a previous joint venture community with Melia Homes.
