Borstein provided financing in July 2016 for the proposed 245-unit community. The development plan includes three distinct product types, including detached cluster homes, duplex and triplex homes and attached townhomes. Many of the homes have been designed to offer first floor living which will attract seniors, multigenerational and special needs families. Cypress Ridge will include a spacious clubhouse with a kitchen, pool and spa, gathering spaces and dining areas. Footpaths and meandering trails will tie the community together and connect to the larger surrounding area. Further, the project has proposed to provide improvements to Pala Park, including: redesigning the playground areas with state of the art equipment, landscaping enhancements, bathroom renovations and parking lot improvements.
