Borstein Enterprises provided acquisition and land development financing of the former auto dealership. Citrus Park consisted of two product types including row townhomes along Euclid Avenue and single family homes throughout the interior of the site. The project includes a centralized park with playground equipment and pedestrian walkways. Upon completion of “Blue Topped” lots, the project was sold to Beazer Homes. The build-out of the community has also greatly enhanced the Euclid Avenue Streetscape.
