Current Investments Aspire

Aspire was funded in February 2022 and will include 54 2-story and 3-story townhomes when it is developed. The community will feature five distinct floor plans that will range from 1,528 – 2,130 square feet. The new community will be developed on a 3-acre parcel and replace a former vacant building surrounded by surface parking.  The community includes central community open space, a tot-lot play area, and wide landscaped paseos between buildings.  Aspire is next-door to the Lake Center Athletic Park, and is within walking distance of its assigned elementary, middle and high schools, and less than a mile from both Interstate-5 and Interstate-605 access ramps.
